We collect your personal information in order to:
- provide goods and services
- monitor and improve services
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter contact information, and billing or purchase information we'll be unable to provide goods and services.
We keep your information safe by storing it in encrypted files (any hard copies are stored in a locked filing cabinet) and only accessible by Sarah Hudson, IBCLC.
We keep your information for two years at which point we securely destroy it by securely erasing all digital files and shredding all hard copies. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
