Payment

Payment may be by Paypal, or direct debit. GST is not charged on products. Payment is to be in New Zealand Dollars.

Shipping

All products are shipped within 2 business days once payment has cleared. This is the same day for Paypal customers, and the next day for internet banking payments. NZ customers, please ensure you select rural delivery if you require it.

Delivery times and costs are:

• North Island, 2 working days (courier), $8 postage urban, $11.50 rural postage
• South Island, 3 working days (courier), $8 postage urban, $11.50 rural postage
• Australia, 7 working days, $20 postage
• The rest of the world, 11 working days, $25 postage
